The role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator with a customer-centric mindset to join our close-knit Public Relations team in Chatswood.  This is a casual position which has the potential to become permanent full-time for the right candidate.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and enhance our online presence across search engines, directories, and listing platforms
  • Support our Franchisees and Field Staff in optimising centre listings for consistency, accuracy, and improved local SEO performance
  • Provide guidance on website SEO including keyword analysis, content recommendations, and structural improvements
  • Keep up to date with SEO/SEM trends, algorithm updates, and digital best practices
  • Assist in website optimisation and performance improvements
  • Support reporting and analytics, including dashboards and insights from GA4 and other platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on search optimisation initiatives
  • Monitor and report on online reviews across platforms such as Google and Facebook
  • Support Franchisees in improving their online reputation and review performance
  • Assist Franchisees with social media account setup, troubleshooting, and compliance
  • Monitor Franchisees’ centre-based social media pages to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Develop training guides, toolkits, and support materials for Franchisees
  • Provide general administrative and team support as required.

 

What you need to succeed in this role (essential):

  • Tertiary qualification from a recognised university in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or online brand management
  • Understanding of Google Business Profiles, online listings, and local SEO optimisation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to support and guide stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 

Highly desirable:

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite)
  • Understanding of website structure, metadata, and keyword integration
  • Ability to explain technical digital concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with digital reporting tools.
